We only collect personal information from you that is necessary for us to conduct business with you.  This information is collected directly from you at the point of registration or check-out, and may include your name, address and contact details.

We may also collect information that is derived from communications between you and Budget Scrapbooking.  For example, we may collect information via an on-line form when you request information from us such as product information, or when you request to be added to our Newsletter mailing list.  We only collect the information that you tell us about yourself.

We only use the information we collect from you for the purpose disclosed at time of collection.  This includes:

-          collecting details about you to enable us to provide the products and services you have requested, this information would normally be collected at the point of check-out or registration,

-          collecting email details from you if you have requested to be added to our mailing list for purposes of sending out regular newsletters or emails regarding specials or offers on products or services you have shown an interest in, or

-          collecting contact details from you in order to respond to a request for information or an enquiry from you.

Accessing your information

You can request access to the personal information that Budget Scrapbooking holds about you, in order to check or amend your contact details.  If you learn that your personal information is inaccurate, incomplete or out-of-date please contact us and we will promptly update that information.

Your information can only be accessed by people authorised by us and for the purposes for which we have collected that information. Your information may be stored electronically on our systems or in hardcopy documents.

We will take reasonable steps to keep your personal information secure, accurate and up-to-date.  Your personal information as well as the payment information you provide is securely encrypted and protected using the latest encryption and security technologies, and is transmitted through Qbaroo Secure Servers equipped with Verisign Digital Server ID’s.
