Returns

Please notify us of any incorrect orders within 3 working days (Monday-Friday) of receiving your order.  We will replace the item if we can, or issue a refund for the item, so long as you advise us during the claim period.

Complaints

We will respond to a complaint as soon as possible, and endeavour to resolve the complaint within 10 working days. When this is not possible, we will contact you within the 10 working days to let you know how long it will take to resolve your complaint.  All complaints can be emailed to thegirls@budgetscrapbooking.com.au.

All pricing is in Australian Dollars and includes GST.
